A1: No. WELS VEBA members do not need to obtain a referral for an office visit to an M.D.
Q2: Are routine physicals and vaccinations covered under WELS VEBA?
A2: Yes, routine physicals and vaccinations are subject to the yearly deductible and co-payment amounts.
Q3: Is there a separate drug card that I need to use for prescription drugs?
A3: No, the prescription drug and medical ID cards have now been combined into one card effective January 1, 2006 with the switch in pharmacy benefit managers to Medco Health Solutions. The current medical and prescription drug cards are shown below:
