MyIncentive Account Program Update

The Anthem MyIncentive Account program, which was referenced in the Plan Election Period materials sent to WELS VEBA members last fall, is effective January 1, 2010 and available for eligible members* to use. Detailed information has been mailed to all eligible members. The communication piece is also available for download by clicking this link.

At this time, members can complete the online health risk assessment on their MyAnthem page at www.anthem.com to earn the $100 incentive. New enrollees in the Future Moms or Condition Care programs can earn the $50 incentive for each program. Your account balance can be obtained by calling Anthem customer service at 1-877-512-7875. It could take up to one week for the incentive to appear in your account. In addition, members who earn at least one of the incentive amounts will automatically receive a monthly statement from Anthem showing their account balance and activity during the month. Later in 2010, members will be able to view their MyIncentive Account balances online on their MyAnthem web page at www.anthem.com.

For best service, questions in regard to the Anthem MyIncentive Account program should be directed to Anthem customer service at 1-877-512-7875 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday.
