The WELS Benefit Plans Office offers two main benefit plans: the WELS VEBA Group Health Care Plan and the WELS Pension Plan.
The WELS VEBA Group Health Care Plan is a PPO health care plan that is available to all active, eligible workers in the WELS and ELS. But WELS VEBA offers more than just health benefits. The following ancillary benefits may also be available to workers who are eligible for the WELS VEBA Group Health Care Plan:

WELS Pension Plan
The WELS Pension Plan is a defined benefit plan that provides benefits upon retirement to eligible, vested participants. The following benefits are also included with participation in the WELS Pension Plan:

- Surviving Spouse Benefit
