Effective January 1, 2008, the Anthem SmartValue Medicare Advantage plan has replaced the WELS VEBA Medicare Supplement Plan for all Medicare-eligible WELS VEBA members. The Anthem SmartValue plan includes Medicare Part A and Part B medical benefits, supplemental medical benefits, and prescription drug benefits in one plan.
