Rates

The 2010 premium rate for the WELS VEBA Anthem Smart Value Medicare Advantage PFFS plan will remain at $189 per month. Coverage amounts for the 2010 benefit plan will remain the same as the 2009 plan with the exception of an increased deductible ($750/member) and increased prescription drug co-pay amounts for brand name drugs (tiers 2 and 3).
