The 2009 premium rate for the WELS VEBA Anthem Smart Value Medicare Advantage PFFS plan will decrease to $189 per month. Coverage amounts for the 2009 benefit plan will remain the same as the 2008 plan with the exception of increased prescription drug co-pay amounts for brand name drugs (tiers 2 and 3).
